We are experiencing a disruption in our email deliverability to a small subset of our Microsoft Office 365 customers. While some emails may still be successfully delivered, others are being delayed or throttled due to the issue. Our engineering team is actively working with Microsoft to resolve the issue as fast as possible. To address the issue, affected customers can enable the SoSafe email server's IP range listed under "Settings > Whitelisting" in the SoSafe Manager. If further assistance or configuration support is needed, please contact our support team (support@sosafe.de).
